CM Pacific Capital (CMPC) was founded in early 2016 as a distribution platform for Tax- Efficient Alternative & Direct Investments including Real Estate, Energy and Investment Opportunities.

In an effort to provide a true diversification platform for the Alternative & Direct Investment marketplace, we created a Multi-Product Platform with complementary and diversified Asset Classes represented by "best in class" Real Estate Operators.

We have structured our Platform to provide diversification by asset class and sponsor for our investment offerings. This approach provides financial advisors, seeking to integrate their clients´ portfolios, with a uniquely diversified Platform.

We have vetted numerous sponsors and researched the desired asset classes to build out our offerings to include: Light Industrial/Distribution, Self-Storage, Multi-Family, Health Care, Student Housing, Land Development and Opportunity Zone Investments.

CMPC has created a complete turnkey approach including complementary investment offerings, Investor Relations, Accounting and Qualified Intermediary Coordination. Our platform truly provides a "one stop shop" for financial advisors to meet their clients tax structured real estate needs.
